Aykut Yanik – Founder & Principal Consultant
With over two decades of leadership experience in operations, sales, business development, and commercial strategy, Aykut has held senior roles such as VP of Business Development at ERM and Commercial Director at Vallourec. He has worked across Europe, the Middle East, and the UK, driving growth strategies, building teams, and leading transformations in the energy, industrial, and service sectors.
A Chemical Engineer by background, fluent in English, German, and Turkish, Aykut combines technical understanding with commercial acumen and cross-cultural expertise. His career has been defined by helping organisations navigate complexity, seize growth opportunities, and deliver measurable results.
